What is a Modular Screen?
Modular screens are built from individual panels that are 100cm x 50cm.
This gives huge flexibility. We can build a screen from 4 square meters to 32 square meters.
Additionally modular screen can mounted or hung from a wide variety of different staging.
How DO you CREATE CONTENT TO DISPLAY
We can help in the creation of digital content (logo’s to whole presentations) to be displayed on the screen , call us and we can advise on cost and feasibility.
Heath and safety
GIGSCREEN is fully insured for public liability for up to £10 million .
We can provide structural calculations and wind loading specifications as required at some sites.

can we show a live event
GIGscreen has worked on a number of events where we have combined live camera feeds with either prerecorded footage or static images . This can give amazing results for sports events, concerts and presentations.
Can it be used outdoors?
Yes, the system is IP65 and fully weather proof.
It can safely operate in most weather conditions . The only exception being extremely high winds.
Can it be used Indoors?
Yes, very easily dependant on the screen size required.
The screen can be floor mounted or where appropriate hung from ceiling mounts (stage) or a free standing structure.
Sound System
Depending on your requirement the screen comes with a pair of 300w 15 inch speakers.
This can be up graded to, well virtually what ever size you need.
Alternatively for drive in movies a radio transmitter can be used.
Viewing distance & angle
The screen has a very wide viewing angle and can be seen through a 140 degree arc. Due to the power of the LED screen system it can be viewed in direct sunlight . This means the screen can be used day or night (try doing that with a projector).
We would recommend a minimum viewing distance of 5 meters away.

A very large screen for a school auditorium . This was used in conduction with a custom produced digital back drops for Sister Act.
Note the custom produced staging to give some addition depth to the staging area.

The finals of the EUROS football competition was a very busy time with plenty of private hires for the ultimate football party .
This is a 3 meter x 3 meter modular screen on a lifting structure. This was used over summer to show various sporting events . The equipment is fully weather proof so can be used outside during an english summer.
This imagine is of aprize giving / end or term presentations at Mayfield school in sussex. The screen is 6m x 2m and we used two of these in a very large marquee. A single live camera feed was used so all the parents and guest had an excellent view of the proceedings .
Four meter by two meter modular screen used in BMW show room for a number of very sucessful marketing initiatives.
Additionally the lower windows where blacked out to change the feel of the show room.
